J & J Agricultural Company Limited is a medium-scale private company, established and incorporated in Tanzania in October 2019 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 212) with Certificate of Incorporation No. 140114502.
Management of day-to-day activities is under the mandate of the Chief Executive Officer, supported by heads of various departments and units. The CEO works in terms of the policy measures and business strategies and is responsible to the Board of Directors.

About the company
Seed preparation, farming, livestock and value addition
We are engaged in seed preparation, farming and the production of crops such as rice, maize, lentils and vegetables — including yellow, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes and bitter tomatoes — and fruits such as papaya, cucumber and lemon. We also keep livestock: cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, guinea fowl, turkeys, Muscovy and regular ducks, chickens and fish.
We add value to crops such as rice paddy and maize by producing rice and maize flour, which we sell through our own shops and to wholesalers, retailers, and public and private institutions. Under the SIFAELI brand we produce and sell flour (sembe and dona), rice, eggs, milk and animal feeds, and we run an agricultural input shop.
